     FLOORS, WALLS AND CEILINGS - CLEANABILITY

     There is an extension cord taped to the kitchen floor, missing and cracked tiles on base cove behind ware washing sinks, protective shipping film stilll attached to exterior surfaces of ice machine, cabinet doors are not affixed to cabinets - they are propped against cabinets, and surface material is peeling off of some of the cabinets. 10/20/25 Re-inspection - Vinyl base coving had been replaced. However, the extension cord remained taped to the kitchen floor, several base coving tiles beneath the warewashing sinks were still missing or cracked, and the protective shipping fim was still present on the exterior surfaces of the ice machine. Operator indicated that there are no plans to install doors on the cabinet beneath the handwashing sink.

     Correction: Provide floors, walls, and ceilings that are designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.
