TOXIC SUBSTANCES - SANITIZER CRITERIA
Chlorine sanitizer used in the spray bottle was way over +200ppm.
Correction: Sanitizer shall meet the requirements under 40 CFR 180.940 or 40 CFR 180.2020. Bottle was emptied 1/2 to 2/3rds and diluted down 5 times before getting to 200ppm. Sign noted at the 3 compartment sink showed to use 1/3 cup of bleach per gallon of water. To get up to 200ppm of chlorine, 2 tsp of bleach is all that is needed per gallon of water.
