WIPING CLOTHS - USE LIMITATION - CLOTHS FOR WIPING COUNTERS STORED IN SANITIZER

1-16-26: Concentration of both red buckets was at 100ppm. Wiping cloth used for wiping surfaces stored in a red bucket on the Wrap building line was at 0ppm of quat. The other one was barely at 150ppm and the 3 compartment sink was 200ppm.

Correction: The type of cloth used was changed this past week which could be causing the condition of "quat binding", thus lowering or eliminating the available quat sanitizer in the sanitizing solution. Type of wiping cloth does make a difference. When first filling the bucket, place the wipe into the bucket and let sit for a couple of minutes. Dump the bucket and refill with fresh sanitizer.
