Correction: Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F Action Taken: Shredded cheeses, diced tomatoes and all other TCS (time/temperature control for safety) foods were removed from prep cooler and put on ice during inspection. Ice was added to horchata and the temperature was corrected to 35°F during inspection.
