     Pizza at pizza station hot box outside is hot held between 124-129°F.

     Correction: Maintain time/temperature control for safety food at or above 135°F. Discard unsafe food items. Action Taken: Determined pizza was not in HH unit for very long. Increased temperature of HH unit. Confirmed knowledge of PIC that cook temp of pizza is 165*F (or above) and HH is 135*F (or above).

     TEMPORARY FOOD ESTABLISHMENT - TEMPORARY HANDWASHNG FACILITES

     1. Temporary handwashing facility is at grill area has a round wheel style faucet handle. 2. Pizza station handwash facility is using cloth rag for drying hands.

     Correction: Discontinue food service activities until temporary handwashing facilities and aids can be provided. Action Taken: Discussed grill area handwashing with PIC. PIC informed inspector that the free flowing spigot valve was accidentally broken by younger volunteer. Fix was temporary. Discussed replacing as soon as feasible. Pizza station PIC provided single-use paper towels.
