     UTENSIL SANITIZATION - CLEANING PROCEDURES

     Multi-use food contact surfaces, such as cups, plates, ice scoops, and ice trays are not being washed, rinsed and sanitized for different guests. No sign alerting guest that the multi-use food contact surfaces are not sanitized and how to sanitize them is observed.

     Correction: Provide a sign with approved verbiage to alert guest that multi use food contact surfaces are not sanitized and how they may manually sanitize them. Action Taken: An approved sign was provoded and displayed for the upper and lower unit.
