     1.) Multi-use food contact surfaces, such as cups, plates, and utensils are not being washed, rinsed and sanitized for different guests. Lavender scented chlorine tablets are observed to be provided to sanitize multi-use food contact surfaces. 2.) Dinner plates and Salad plates are observed to have chipped rims, revealing a rough ceramic surface.

     Correction: 1.) All multi-use utensils must be washed, rinsed and sanitized using approved methods and chemicals. Provide unscented liquid bleach. 2.) Remove or replace all multi-use food contact surfaces which have chips or cracks.
