     Sliced tomato in condiment prep cooler is cold held at 43°F. Sliced tomato and cut greens were time stamp. Employees will discard these items after 4 hours.

     Correction: Maintain cold time/temperature control for safety food at or below 41°F. At 4 hours if temperature of sliced tomato or cut greens are at 70 or below, items can stay out for additional 2 hours. Send photos to Lindsey of thermometer in food once cooler is adjusted.

     There is condensation dripping down on boxes of food in the kitchen WI Freezer.

     Correction: All foods were moved from the area and a pan placed under condensation line to catch drips until equipment is serviced. Nofify dept once equipment is serviced and operational.

     Correction: Reorganize food storage so that ready-to-eat foods are stored above raw animal food and raw vegetables. Discard ready-to-eat foods that show evidence of contamination. Jugs of water was moved during inspection.
