     Exterior deck is not to code. Deck floor to grade is greater than 24". Deck stairs has more than three risers (steps) and is required to have a handrail.

     Correction: Install guardrail on one side of deck or reduce the height of the deck floor to 24" or less. Need to install hand rail one side of deck stairs. Maintained establishment in a manner conducive to the health, comfort and safety of its guests.
