     UTENSIL SANITIZATION - CLEANING PROCEDURES

     Multi-use food contact surfaces, such as dishes are not being washed, rinsed and sanitized for different guests. Notice of dishes not being sanitized is provided to guests, but no bleach was in kitchen of Bear's Den

     Correction: All multi-use utensils must be washed, rinsed and sanitized using approved methods, equipment and chemicals. Provide approved 3 compartment sink or approved commercial dish machine for this purpose. Test sanitizer strength in manual/mechanical methods. Provide means of testing hot water sanitization, if applicable. No utensils for food contact may be washed in a guestroom lavatory.
