     Operator reuses bulk, non-meal, food items (seasonings, coffee, sugar, creamer, etc.) from one guest stay to the next.

     Correction: If an operator chooses to provide non-meal food items for guest convenience, then it should be from an approved source and be prepackaged. An item that is not prepackaged could become adulterated, either intentionally or unintentionally, from one guest stay to another. Remove all food items that are not single-serve prepackaged.
