     The smoke alarms in rooms 1, 3, and 5 appear to be expired / more than 10 years old - not replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s date of expiration. Alarms are wired in and inspector was unable to verify actual age of alarms.

     Correction: Repair or replace the smoke alarm within 5 calendar days. Owner will consult electrician on replacement to get equivalent alarms that are compatible to be wired in. Provide video of installed alarms being tested within 5 calendar days. Rooms 1, 3 and 5 may not be rented until alarms are replaced.
