     Correction: BAHA Sauce made the day before, was moved to another cooler to maintain cold time/temperature control for safety at or below 41°F. Discard unsafe food items. The cooler has no other TCS food in it after the move and will not be used for TCS foods until the unit is adjusted or serviced and can maintain temperatures less than 41 degrees.
