     FIRE ALARM – WORKING ORDER

     The fire alarm system was noted inoperative - Unit 17 alarm did not function when tested. Alarm was not properly connected to power supply. Unit next expected to be rented 11-13-25

     Correction: Repair the fire alarm system immediately. Occupancy may not exist without operational system. Corrected during inspection - Brandon Rizzo re-wired alarm into system. Alarm tested properly during inspection. Brandon Rizzo was able to successfully test alarms to all units during inspection.

     Sheets did not fit the bed. Foldback over the blanket was insufficient.

     Correction: Provide sheets that completely cover the bed and provide required foldback. Foldback must be at least 12 inches.
