     The well water from the well servicing this property has been determined by laboratory analysis to be unsafe per DNR 809 standards.

     Correction: Provide safe potable water from a tested and approved source on a temporary basis until the well is tested safe or a new well is drilled and the water is determined safe. By 11-13-2025 water will be re-tested for coliform bacteria.
