     Correction: Provide training to employees on proper use and concentration of sanitizer or repair or adjust warewashing equipment to provide proper sanitizer concentration. Note: bar dish machine was primed and retested at 50 ppm chlorine. The sanitizer line for the kitchen dish machine was repaired and machine was primed and retested at 100 ppm chlorine.
