OBSERVED THE TWO (2) COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE MAIN PROCESSING AREA ON THE NORTH SIDE OF FACILITY TO BE LEAKING HEAVILY FROM BOTH DRAINS ONTO THE FLOOR AT TIME OF INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE BOTH DRAIN LEAKS AND MAINTAIN IN GOOD REPAIR. OBSERVED THE ONE COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE BASEMENT PROCESSING AREA TO BE LEAKING FROM THE BASE OF THE SPRAYER WHEN IN USE. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE LEAK AT SINK AND MAINTAIN IN GOOD REPAIR.
