     Fried chicken in the retail chicken reach-in cooler is cold held at 50°F.

     Correction: Maintain cold time/temperature control for safety food at or below 41°F. Discard unsafe food items. Employees took temps and discarded unsafe food items. Inspector and management discussed displaying fried chicken in shorter stacks further back from the internal cooling element, as well as the option to install a lip on the edge of the cooler to better maintain cold temperatures.
