     WIPING CLOTHS - USE LIMITATION - CLOTHS FOR WIPING COUNTERS STORED IN SANITIZER

     Wiping cloth used for wiping surfaces stored on front counter was sitting on the bucket rather than submerged in solution.

     Correction: Cloths used for wiping counters and equipment shall be stored in a sanitizing solution in between uses. Cloths were submerged into sanitizing solution during on-site inspection to correct this violation, education provided to facility owner Kayla on the importance of this.

     INSECTS AND RODENTS - OUTER OPENINGS - SOLID, SELF-CLOSING AND TIGHT FITTING DOORS

     The exterior storm door in the rear kitchen area is not tight-fitting, as the door lacks a sweep. The inner door was kept open during the on-site inspection, which risks pests or rodents entering in the gap where the sweep is missing.

     Correction: Provide a self-closing and tight fitting door to prevent the entrance of insects or rodents.
