     The well water from the well servicing this property has been determined by laboratory analysis to be unsafe per DNR 809 standards.

     Correction: Provide safe potable water from a tested and approved source on a temporary basis until the well is tested safe or a new well is drilled and the water is determined safe. Immediately discontinue use of the well's water supply for drinking, cooking and ice making purposes. Bathing is OK. Provide bottled water and ice supply from an approved source until a safe on-premise water supply is available.
