The exterior door was left open after this morning's truck delivery and needs to remain shut at all times. There was a live mouse observed behind the prep cooler during the inspection. Staff searched for it and believe the mouse ran back outside on its own. There are Plunkett's traps in multiple locations throughout establishment and all food product is stored properly at least 6'' off the floor.
Correction: Provide a self-closing and tight fitting door to prevent the entrance of insects or rodents.
