     All food items inlcuding sliced tomatoes, ham, tuna in Main Pre Cooler is cold held at 45-47°F.

     Correction: Maintain cold time/temperature control for safety food at or below 41°F. Discard unsafe food items. As food was placed on the line around opening 10:15AM, ice bins were placed underneath to help maintain temperature. Mike was called and a maintenance tech will be over to adjust the cooler.
