     Correction: Provide training to employees on proper use and concentration of sanitizer or repair or adjust warewashing equipment to provide proper sanitizer concentration. Sanitizer jug was empty. It was replaced with a full jug. Pleas regularly test dish machine to ensure that it is sanitizing at the proper concentration.
