The area around the floor drain next to the service sink was full of dried sewage/sludge. Large chunks of what appeared to be dirty toilet paper were present next to the drain. The store was closed due to sewage back up a week prior. Plumbers had come out to correct the problem. A pile of used mop heads was on the floor next tot the service sink.

     Correction: Clean the physical facilities at a frequency necessary to keep them clean. Clean and sanitize the areas impacted by sewage back up. Discard of old bottles and containers on the floor near the drain. Dispose of used mop heads properly.
