Approve minutes from prior town board meetings: September 14, 2026 3. Public comment. 4. Presentation on the Bruce Library from Trevor Richards 5. Presentation by Justin Livingston, County Highway Commissioner, on Bridge inspections, County Culvert Aid, Road Grants and other county services 6. Discussion on a Conditional Land Use permit for Gudis business in Stubbs 7. Treasurer’s Financial Report – Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify matching bank balances. 8. Announcements from the Town Officers. 9. Old Business: Status of the following: Lorkowski Lane road description correction; Improvements to the Apollonia Cemetery; County reimbursement of veterans graves maintenance costs 10. Road Business: a. Any Reports or Announcements from Road Crew b. Discussion on Road Standards and process to accept River Ridge Ct into the town’s road system c. Discussion on hiring an engineer consultant to inspect the Tubes at the levee d. Discussion on road work to be done on South Shore Road, River Road and Paul Lane. e. Discussion on any roads that need gravel or any other work done. 11. Discuss wage increases for the public works employees 12. Accept Brad Bartels resignation from the Landfill Negotiation Committee and appoint 2 more members. 13. Appoint new members for the Planning Commission. 14. Set a date for a meeting to start the preliminary budget process for 2027 15. Discuss cancelling agreement with Bakke Norman attorney firm. 16. Discuss donation to Jingle Bells & Badges 17. Discuss obtaining the 2026 Plat Book and wall map for the TH office 18. Clerk update on landfill passes and building permits 19. Approval of monthly bills for payment. a. Review bills paid using alternative claims procedure 20. Set date for next meeting 21.
