Approve minutes from prior town meetings: July 13, 2026 3. Public comment. 4. Briefing on Library from Trevor Richards 5. Treasurer’s Financial Report – Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify matching bank balances. 6. Announcements from the Town Officers. 7. Old Business: Status of the following: Cemetery maintenance grant; Status of Lorkowski Lane road plat description; 8. Road Business: a. Any Reports or Announcements from Road Crew b. Updates on status of new road signs; Status of Hwy 8 Road repairs; Status of road traffic counters; Status of crack filling projects. c. Discuss paying Scott Gudis to install a culvert at the WM roll off site to be billed to and reimbursed by Waste Management. 9. Discuss possible improvement to the Apollonia Cemetery to be funded by donations of up to $1000. 10. Discuss the acquisition of two more fire extinguishers for the town hall at the recommendation of the fire inspector. 11. Discuss closing the Savings account now that all ACH payments have been moved to the Checking account. 12. Discuss the renewal/closure of the CD account which matures on August 15, 2026 13. Discuss the timing of posting agendas and minutes 14. Clerk update on landfill passes and building permits 15. Approval of monthly bills for payment. a.
