Public comment. 3. Public comment on The Hive liquor license renewal. 4. Approve minutes from prior town meetings: June 8, 2026 5. Treasurer’s Financial Report – Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify bank balances. 6. Briefing on Library from Trevor Richards 7. Announcements from the Town Officers. 8. Old Business: Status of the following: Sale of fuel tank with pump and containment tank; Cemetery maintenance grant; Clearing the Tubes embankment; Status on ACH switch from savings to checking; 9. Road Business: a. Discussion with Town of Atlanta Chairman re: Plan for Tyman Road maintenance b. Any Reports or Announcements from Road Crew c. Discussion regarding Bob Lorkowski’s request to amend the resolution that put Lorkowski Lane on the town’s road plat d. Discussion regarding possible crack filling projects on multiple town roads e. Updates on status of new road signs; Status of ROW cultivation; Status of Hwy 8 Road repairs; Status of road traffic counters 10. Discuss having one law firm for the town that is expert in Municipal law 11. Discuss Landfill Committee membership and acknowledge Dave Kochendorfer’s resignation 12. Discuss removing the unused Chairman cell phone from the bill. Will involve a contract penalty. 13. Discuss possible donation to the Beach Establishment project 14. Discuss the care and upkeep of the graves of veterans in Apollonia Cemetery 15. Clerk update on landfill passes and building permits 16. Approval of monthly bills for payment. a.
