AGENDA TOWN OF STUBBS • MONTHLY BOARD MEETING June 8, 2026 • 6:00 PM • Town Hall, N3305 S. Hutchinson Road, Bruce, Wisconsin 1. Call Meeting to Order; Pledge of Allegiance; Roll call 2. Public comment. 3. Consideration and appointment of a person to fill the Supervisor vacancy. Pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 17.25 this will be done by the Chairman, the Clerk and the Treasurer. 4. New Town Supervisor takes the Oath of Office and assumes office immediately. a. Approve minutes from prior town meetings: May 11, May 23 and June 4 5. Treasurer’s Financial Report – Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify bank balances. 6. Briefing on Wreaths Across America from Rick Ensenbach 7. Briefing on Library from Trevor Richards 8. Announcements from Board Members 9. Open bids for striping, shouldering, pulverizing on Pieper, Golat, Sandhill and Adams 10. Announcements from the Town Officers. 11. Old Business: Status of the following: Sale of fuel tank with pump and containment tank; Obtaining 1998 International Truck title; Cemetery maintenance grant; Clearing the Tubes embankment; Status on Closure of Martindale Rd.; Status on ACH switch from savings to checking. 12. Road Business: a. Reports/requests by road and hall maintenance crew b. Discuss a replacement sign and post for Hubbard Road (sign vanished utterly at intersection of Norwegian and Hubbard Roads) c. Discuss limiting cultivation of the right of way. d. Discussion on the County culvert aid application and ARIP Grant for shared road with Atlanta (Tyman Road) Set meeting with Atlanta. e. Discuss damage done by Ag Equipment to Old Hwy 8 Road and solutions. f. Discuss putting road traffic counters on South Shore Road, Amacoy Lake Road and Hutchinson south of the town hall. g. Discuss with the road crew possible roads to add gravel to and roads that could use ditching, shouldering or any other road maintenance. 13. Discuss a replacement for John Bonczyk on the Landfill Negotiation Committee 14. Discuss Town Hall Rental policy 15. Discuss the care and upkeep of the graves of veterans in Apollonia Cemetery 16. Clerk update on landfill passes and building permits 17. Approval of monthly bills for payment. a. Review bills paid using alternative claims procedure b. Approve the transfer of funds as necessary 18. Set date for next meeting 19.
