TOWN OF STUBBS SPECIAL BOARD MEETING February 26, 2026 • 5:30 PM Town Hall, N3305 S. Hutchinson Road, Bruce, Wisconsin AGENDA 1. Call Town Meeting to order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Discussion on allowing Craig to spend as needed for maintenance of the town equipment and the town shop, to include buying new rear tires for the tractor 4. Discussion on town road maintenance needed to include culverts, ditching, widening, tree and brush removal and signs and to prioritize roads and projects 5. Discussion on which roads need gravel added and how much and where 6. Discussion on how much gravel the chairman should put out on bids 7. Discussion on Sand Hill Road and Golat Lane improvements 8. Discussion on roads that need flex patching, crack sealing, chip sealing or pulverizing 9. Discussion on the maintenance that is required on the tubes and perhaps hiring someone to do the maintenance 10. Discussion on using the counties road traffic counters on Amacoy Lake Road and Hutchinson Road South 11. Discuss clerk’s resignation 12. Discuss public records request and potential vote to approve the clerk to contact the attorney as the records custodian 13.
