Approval of Financial Report. a. Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify bank balances. 5. Report on Town correspondence / announcements from clerk, officers and employees. a. Discuss road maintenance b. Discuss road grants – WISLER others? c. Update on guardrail status d. Meeting minutes need to be finalized by stamping and signing. e. Planning Commission – No Minutes? f. Discuss job posting and candidates for clerk’s position. Resignation due to time constraints. 6. Specific matters for discussion and possible action by the town board in open session: a.
