Supervisor Communication 4. Approve minutes from prior town meetings a. 11 August Town Meeting b. 27 August Special Town Meeting 5. Feedback from Town Attorney (Town Meeting , Roles) 6. PUBLIC COMMENT (3 minutes per person 30 minutes total of all on items pertaining to town business only) a. Library – Trevor 7. Approval of Financial Report. a. Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify bank balances. 8. Report on Town correspondence / announcements from clerk, officers and employees. a. Discuss Road maintenance b. Update on guardrail status c. Update on Culverts d. Discuss Road names not matching in 911 system. e. Clerk & Treasurer contract f. Set a date to meet on Town Budget for 2026 9. Specific matters for discussion and possible action by the town board in open session: a. Add/Hoc committee for town highways (volunteers) b. Biennial Paving Ratings –PASER / WISLR Report due December 15th [Documents at town hall] c. Resolution to outlaw weapons d. Disorderly conduct - file claim e. Flagpole for Cemetery f.
