PUBLIC COMMENT (3 minutes per person on items pertaining to town business only) a. Wreaths Across America – Rick Ensenbach 4. Approve minutes from prior town meetings a. June Monthly Meeting b. 12 June Special Meeting c. 17 June Special Meeting d. 24 June Special Meeting 5. Approval of Financial Report. a. Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify bank balances. 6. Report on Town correspondence / announcements from clerk, officers and employees. a. Discuss Road maintenance and repairs i. Washout – Draus Lane, Jones Road, Others? ii. Kief Road water over road iii. Right of Way Road – gravel and backhoe iv. Road work to be done – Sandhill seal by SealTech & chip seal by Scotts; Czyson chip seal Scotts; Pieper thin overlay Monarch. To be accomplished in August through September v. Road turn arounds do now with gravel: Czekalski Rd, Poppe LN, Lorkowski LN & S Keif RD vi. Sign for W Stefczak Lane ordered? vii. Update on guardrail status viii. Wisconsin Department of revenue – Equalization office in EauClaire doing sample appraisals 7. Specific matters for discussion and possible action by the town board in open session: a. Approve Resolution R2025-9 amending R2025-8 Timberline Trail expansion (change in negotiation committee members) b. Discuss paying board members working on roads c. Discuss Cemetery maintenance- gravestones need to be straightened and discuss perhaps getting a new flagpole with the money donated for improvements (Carol Hughes?) d. Discuss placing a bollard by the newer fuel tank e. Discuss what to do about the leak into our sewer drain in the shop f. Discuss applying for ARIP grant for Amacoy Lake Road g. Biennial Paving Ratings - WISLR Report – next steps h. Computer for elected officials i. Discuss N Stefczak Lane becoming a road j. Discuss landfill negotiations k. Discuss road right of way activities and placement of structures in ROW 8. Clerk update on Landfill Passes and Building Permits: 9. Approval of monthly bills for payment. a. Review bills paid using alternative claims procedure. b. Approve the transfer of funds as necessary. 10. Set date for next meeting. 11.
