DRAFT TOWN OF STUBBS • POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING N3305 S Hutchinson Road, Bruce, WI 54819 June 2, 2025 • 5:30PM Present: Barb Lorkowski, Shirley Rouleau, Annie Huiras, Heather Olesiak, Caroline VanDerLoop Others Present: Brad Bartels, Heidi Bartels, Janet Kochendorfer, Valerie Richter Meeting called to order 5:33pm This meeting was properly noticed Motion by Barb Lorkowski/Heather Olesiak 2 nd to approve Shirley Rouleau to replace Amanda Poppe and Pam Lamm to replace Tom Cudo. Motion approved unanimously Motion by Annie Huiras/Barb Lorkowski 2 nd to approve Heather Olesiak as the Chairman of the Policy Committee. Discussion of Treasurer job description. A description and a contract was worked on. It needs more refining for presentation to the Board. Discuss proposal of policy for conflict of interest/ethics. This will be tweaked some more using various issues and a meeting will reconvene to refine the wording.
