June 2 Planning Commission Meeting — Minutes

DRAFT TOWN OF STUBBS PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING June 2, 2025 • N3305 S Hutchinson Road, Bruce, WI 54819 Attendance: Bob Lorkowski, Dave Wierzba, Annie Huiras, Amanda Poppy, Caroline VanDerLoop, Others in attendance: Val Richter, Shirley Rouleau, Janet Kochendorfer, Jim Zak, Brad Bartels, ,Heidi Bartels, Pam Bonczyk Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm and Pledge of Allegiance. Site Plan Ordinance was sent to County Zoning and we are waiting for their input. Once we get their feedback there will have to be a public hearing. This ordinance as stated by the lawyer is to be able to have a say in the quality of building that is zoned by the county in the town. The Draft 4 will be posted online right away. Motion by Dave Wierzba/Amanda Poppe 2 nd to proceed with sending Draft 4 of the Site Plan Subdivision Ordinance to the Town Board contingent upon feedback from the Rusk County Zoning at which time a public hearing can be scheduled.
