Meeting called to order at 6:05 pm
Roll Call: Dave Kochendorfer, Annie Huiras, Pam Bonczyk, Caroline VanDerLoop
Assessor: Steve Kuester
Dave Kochendorfer was selected as chairman
Pam Bonczyk was selected as vice chairman
Caroline VanDerLoop was appointed as clerk
Motion by Dave Kochendorfer / Annie Huiras 2

to adopt policy that the Board must receive written appeals
from property owners before further legal action can be taken by that property owner. Motion carried
unanimously.
There were no appeals for hearing. The change made at Open Book was logged.
