TOWN OF STUBBS SPECIAL BOARD MEETING May 20, 2025 • 6:00 PM Town Hall, N3305 S. Hutchinson Road, Bruce, Wisconsin AGENDA 1. Call Town Meeting to order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Vote on the following open motions from May 12 th Meeting a. Motion by Annie Huiras / Pam Bonczyk 2 n to approve the April Financial Report and confirm the bank statements and vouchers balanced. b. Motion by Pam Bonczyk / Dave Kochendorfer 2 n to approve paying for WTA training for Chairman, Treasurer and Clerk. c. Motion by Annie Huiras /Pam Bonczyk 2 n to approve the 2024 Municipal Financial Report for Wisconsin Towns so it can be filed with the state. d. Motion by Pam Bonczyk / Dave Kochendorfer 2 n to have the Planning Commission present the Site Plan Ordinance at the June meeting. e. Motion by Pam Bonczyk / Annie Huiras 2 n to approve Dave Kochendorfer’s mileage for looking at the roads. f. Motion by Pam Bonczyk/ Annie Huiras 2 nd to adjourn the Monthly meeting. 4.
