PUBLIC COMMENT (5 minutes per person on items pertaining to town business) a. Briefing from Trevor Richards on the Bruce Library 4. Approve minutes from prior town meetings a. April Monthly Meeting b. 29 April Special Meeting 5. Approval of Financial Report. a. Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify bank balances. 6. Report on Town correspondence / announcements from clerk, officers and employees. a. Discuss Road maintenance and repairs a. Gravel Bids – open bids on 5/20/25 at 6pm b. Chip Seal Bids – open bids on 5/20/25 at 6pm c. Clear brush from Road Signs? – Gorski Lane north on Adams Road d. Guard rails on bridge – Hutchinson Rd e. Kief Road lowering culvert & ditch - Scott Guidis - $1,200 - $1,600 b. Discuss getting new front tires for ditch mower 7. Specific matters for discussion and possible action by the town board in open session: a. Signatures eliminating Resolution R2024-1 Agenda policy b. Signatures to eliminate Resolution 2023-2 Succession Plan c. Approve clerk’s job description and contract. d. Amend Ordinance on Landfill Negotiations e. Approve WTA training for Town officers f. Discuss approval for filing of 2024 Municipal Financial Report for Wisconsin Towns. g. Discuss N Stefczak Lane. h. Discuss any town policies regarding conflict of interest. i.
