AGENDA •TOWN OF STUBBS • MONTHLY BOARD MEETING Town Hall, N3305 S. Hutchinson Road, Bruce • April 15, 2025 • 6:00 PM 1. Call Town Meeting to order and Pledge of Allegiance 2. Swear in the elected officers 3. Approve minutes from March Meeting 4. Approval of Financial Report. Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify bank balances. 5. Approval of monthly bills for payment. Review bills paid using alternative claims procedure. Approve the transfer of funds as necessary. 6. Discuss amending the Agenda Resolution stating the order of procedure. 7. Report on Road conditions from Craig Stevens 8. PUBLIC COMMENT** Limit to 5 minutes per person with a maximum public comment of 30 minutes on agenda items only. Discuss Road maintenance and repairs as follows: 9. Discuss what road maintenance projects we want to put out on bids 10. Discuss maintenance of gravel roads in the town 11. Discuss cultivating in the town’s right of way 12. Discuss amendment of Ordinance on Landfill Negotiations 13. Discuss Site Plan Ordinance. 14. Discuss N Stefczak Lane. 15. Discuss the Planning Commission and Policy Committees 16. Set date for clerks' review and renewal of contract 17. Discuss making Clerk an alternate voting member of the Board of Review 18. Clerk to present draft of our 2024 Municipal Financial Report for Wisconsin Towns for approval to file. 19. Announcements and Review of Correspondence. 20. Clerk update on Landfill Passes and Building Permits: 21. Set date for next meeting. 22. Town Meeting adjournment Discussion and action may occur on any of the above items.
