Approve minutes from February Meeting 3. Approve February 12 Special Meeting Minutes 4. Approval of Financial Report. Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify bank balances. 5. Approval of monthly bills for payment. Review bills paid using ACP*. Approve the transfer of funds as necessary. 6. Discuss appointing a replacement for vacant supervisor position. 7. A brief presentation on Bruce School referendum from School Board Chairman. 8. Report on Road conditions from Craig Stevens 9. PUBLIC COMMENT** - Limit to 5 minutes per person with a maximum public comment of 30 minutes on agenda items only. 10. Old Business: Status of undeveloped streets in Apollonia; Hutchinson Rd guard rails; Status of a grant writer search; Update on Bruce Fire Department Budget; Update on progress on Town Website; 11. Discuss Penny Sutton’s request for a Conditional Use Permit 12. Discuss Site Plan Ordinance. 13. Discuss N Stefczak Lane. 14. Discuss Resolution R2025-3 on wages and mileage policy. 15. Discuss Resolution R2025-4 on Town Hall rental. 16. Discuss Budget Amendment to cover new plow truck downpayment. Discuss Road maintenance and repairs as follows: 17. Discuss what road maintenance projects we want to put out on bids 18. Discuss maintenance of gravel roads in the town 19. Discuss cultivating in the town’s right of way 20. Discuss what rules the town wishes to set down for taking on roads. Resolutions to be proposed 21. Discuss assessing fire dues though the property taxes. 22. Discuss having a group from Bruce Schools deep clean and shampoo the carpeting at the hall to earn money for their post prom event. 23. Set date for clerks' review and renewal of contract 24. Discuss posting agenda’s the Wednesday before the meetings. 25. Discuss recording meetings 26. Discuss making Clerk an alternate voting member of the BOR 27. Clerk to present draft of 2024 CT report 28. Clerk to present year end Landfill Pass list. 29. Announcements and Review of Correspondence. 30.
