Approve minutes from January Meeting 3. Approve 2025 Budget Meeting Minutes 4. Approve 2025 Caucus Minutes 5. Approval of Financial Report. Clerk and Treasurer exchange vouchers and verify bank balances. 6. Approval of monthly bills for payment. Review bills paid using ACP*. Approve the transfer of funds as necessary. 7. Charmaine Riddle will give a brief presentation on acceptable recyclable items. 8. Report on Road conditions from Craig Stevens 9. Report of recommendations from the planning committee on wages, fee schedule, hiring policy, mileage policy and any other recommendations they have. 10. PUBLIC COMMENT** - Limit to 5 minutes per person with a maximum public comment of 30 minutes on agenda items only. 11. Old Business: Status of undeveloped streets in Apollonia; Hutchinson Rd guard rails; Culvert Aid application true status; Status of a grant writer search; Status of Installation of PA system; Update on Bruce Fire Department Budget; Update on progress on Town Website; Update on new plow truck. 12. Discuss Site Plan Ordinance. 13. Discuss N Stefczak Lane. 14. Appoint a treasurer for the next term 15. Discuss appointing 4 people to negotiate with WM on the new Cell addition. Must be 2 Board members and two electors. 16. Discuss Road maintenance and repairs as follows: 17. Discuss what road maintenance projects we want to put out on bids 18. Discuss maintenance of gravel roads in the town 19. Discuss cultivating in the town’s right of way 20. Discuss what rules the town wishes to set down for taking on roads. Resolutions to be proposed 21. Discuss snowplowing of private driveways. 22. Discuss assessing fire dues though the property taxes. 23. Discussion on recommendations from Policy Committee 24. Discuss a new laptop for Treasurer. 25. Set date for clerks' review and renewal of contract 26. Discuss recording meetings 27. Discuss making Clerk an alternate voting member of the BOR 28. Clerk to present draft of 2024 CT report 29. Discuss policy on Town Hall rental. 30. Clerk to present year end Landfill Pass list. 31. Announcements and Review of Correspondence. 32. Clerk update on Landfill Passes and Building Permits: 33. Set date for next meeting. 34. Town Meeting adjournment Discussion and action may occur on any of the above items.
