The Hazard Mitigation Plan identifies natural and human-caused hazards that may affect Sawyer County and its communities, evaluates associated risks, and establishes strategies and actions to reduce the potential for property damage, infrastructure impacts, and loss of life. The meeting listed above is open to the public according to Wisconsin State Statutes § 19.83.
