Sawyer County Board of Appeals/Board of Adjustment - 3 year term appointment as member - Al Gerber (Discussion/Action) *Al Gerber has served on the BOA for over the last 25 years and has attended additional training seminars. He currently serves as the Chairman of the BOA. 12. ZONING COMMITTEE a. Zoning Committee Chair Report b. Zone District Map Amendment for RZN #26-002. Thomas & Jean Carr - Request to rezone approximately 3.5 acres of RR-1 to C-1. Zoning Committee and Town of Hunter recommend approval. (Discussion/Action) (Resolution attached) c.
