Executive session per §19.85(1)(e) to engage in preparations for an initial exchange of proposals regarding a successor agreement with the police union bargaining unit. 3. Return to open session 4. Exchange of initial proposals with the police union bargaining unit. 5 Executive session per §19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of engaging in negotiations with the police union bargaining unit. 6. Return to open session to take any action, as may be necessary, from the executive session. 7. Adjournment.
