CITY OF HAYWARD SAWYER COUNTY, WISCONSIN BOARD OF REVIEW Monday, August 11, 2025 6:00 p.m. – CITY HALL- 15889 W Third Street AGENDA Call to Order Roll Call (Mayor Gillis, Clerk Poppe, Ald. Miller, Ald. Swan) Mayor states: At this time, the 2025 assessment roll is not complete, and we will not be hearing any cases regarding property assessments. The assessment roll will be complete and open for examination starting on the 26th day of September. The assessor will be available, in person, at City Hall for Open Book on Friday, September 26th from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm; and by phone on Monday, September 29th from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. Board of Review has been set for Wednesday, October 15th at 10:00 am, at which time the board may hear cases regarding property assessments. Adjournment Motion to adjourn the Board of Review to October 15th at 10:00 am. Note: The Board of Review will not hear testimony from property owners objecting to their assessments at this meeting, nor will the assessment roll be ready. Notice is hereby given that although a quorum of members may be present at this meeting; This is not an official meeting of the common council of the City of Hayward.
