Convene into closed session pursuant to Wis Stats §19.85(1)(c) (Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility); and Wis Stats §19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public property, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session; pertaining to negotiations with the Town of Mukwonago Professional Police Association. 3. Reconvene into open session pursuant to Wis Stats §19.85(2) for possible discussion and/or action concerning any matter discussed in closed session and/or any unfinished item remaining on the agenda. 4. Adjournment It is possible that members and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any other governmental body except by the governing body noticed.
