Town of Mukwonago Town Board Meeting Minutes June 17, 2026 Chairman Topczewski called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Chairman Topczewski stated the meeting was property noticed. ROLL CALL: Chairman Topczewski and Supervisors Boucher, Clabault, and Wrasman. Supervisor Yerke was absent. Also present; Kathy Karalewitz, Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer. PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no public comments MINUTES Motion by Supervisor Boucher, second by Supervisor Wrasman to approve the May 20, 2026 minutes. OPERATOR LICENSE FOR CASTAWAY ON PHANTOM Motion by Supervisor Boucher, second by Chairman Topczewski to approve the operator’s license for Barbara Carroll. There was no police concerns. All ayes. ALCOHOL BEVERAGE LICENSE APPLICATION FOR THE CASTAWAY ON PHANTOM Motion by Supervisor Clabault, second by Chairman Topczewski to approve the alcohol beverage license for the Castaway on Phantom. All ayes. ALCOHOL BEVERAGE LICENSE APPLICATION FOR TROLLEY PUB Motion by Supervisor Yerke, second by Supervisor Boucher to approve the alcohol beverage license for Trolley Pub. All ayes. OPERATOR’S LICENSES Motion by Supervisor Wrasman, second by Supervisor Boucher to approve the operator licenses for Lori Wichman; Lynaia Gibson; Laura Uttke; Sarah Hernandez; Tracey Eaton; Joshua Winget; Karrie Gostomski and John Urban for Trolley Pub. There were no police concerns. All ayes. PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR SECTION ROAD DESIGN AGREEMENT FROM LYNCH & ASSOCIATES Motion by Supervisor Boucher, second by Chairman Topczewski to table this matter pending a re view of items #11 and #12 from the town attorney. All ayes, FINANCE/PERSONNEL MONTHLY BILLS Motion by Chairman Topczewski to approve the monthly bills; all ayes. QUARTERLY FINANCIALS There were no concerns by the board members.
