September 23, 2025, Organizational Meeting Minutes
To start directly after the PLMD annual meeting
Mukwonago Town Hall (W320S8315 Beulah Rd Mukwonago WI)
APPROVED
1. Call to Order:
Meeting called to order at 7:25 PM by Chairman Joe Graczyk.
2. Board of Commissioners Roll Call
Joe Graczyk, Adam Miller, Ryan Fait, Jake Jagmin, Town Representative Dave Dubey. Also
present: Colleen Mutchler and Caroline Jagmin. Excused Darlene Johnson and Scott Babinat.
3. Election of Officers:
Town Representative Dave Dubey made a motion to appoint Joe Graczyk as Chairman, Adam
Miller as Treasurer and Jake Jagmin as Secretary. Seconded by Ryan Fait. Motion carried.
4. Secretary’s Report:
Jake Jagmin makes a motion to approve August minutes. Treasurer Adam Miller seconds.
Motion carried.
5. Treasurer’s Report
Adam reads the September report. Joe Graczyk makes a motion to approve. Dave Dubey
seconds. Motion carried.
6. Adjournment:
Town Representative Dave Dubey makes a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:31 PM. Secretary
Jake Jagmin seconds. Motion carried.
