Janacek Rd., Brookfield, WI Members Attending: Joe Lewandowski – Vice President Don Haffner – Secretary Raul Terriquez – Commissioner Greg Grant - Commissioner Excused: Gary Miller - Excused Meeting called to order by Commissioner Lewandowski at 6:02pm Meeting Notices: Posted per Wisconsin Statute 19.84. Approval of Agenda: a. Commissioner Terriquez moved to approve the agenda for the July 14, 2026 meeting. b. Seconded by Commissioner Grant c. Voted for approval by Commissioners, Terriquez, Lewandowski, Grant, and Haffner- Motion Passed. Approval of Minutes: a. It was identified that Commissioner Terriquez’s last name was incorrectly spelled as Terriques. b. Commissioner Grant moved to approve the June 23, 2026 meeting minutes with the correction of Commissioner’s last name to Terriquez. Correction made. c. Seconded by Commissioner Terriquez d. Voted for approval by Commissioners, Terriquez, Lewandowski, Grant, and Haffner-Motion passed. Old Business: None New Business: a. Motion to move into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c ) for discussion by the Police Chief regarding a police candidate and interview candidate for employment by the Police Department. Motion made by Commissioner Terriquez. Seconded by Commissioner Grant. Voted for approval individually by Commissioners Terriquez, Haffner, Grant, and Lewandowski. Motion passed. b. Convene into Closed Session at 6:07pm pursuant to Wis. Stat 19.85(1)(c). Interview TOB Police Officer candidate. c. Motion was made by Commissioner Grant to reconvene into open session. Seconded by Terriquez. Voted for approval individually by Commissioners, Grant, Lewandowski, Terriquez, and Haffner. d.
