Janacek Rd., Brookfield, WI Members Attending: Gary Miller - President Joe Lewandowski – Vice President Don Haffner – Secretary Raul Terriquez – Commissioner Greg Grant - Commissioner Meeting called to order by Commissioner Miller at 5:40pm Meeting Notices: Posted per Wisconsin Statute 19.84. Approval of Agenda: a. Commissioner Lewandowski moved to approve the agenda for the June 23, 2026 meeting. b. Seconded by Commissioner Grant c. Voted for approval by Commissioners, Miller, Terriquez, Lewandowski, and Grant - Motion Passed. Approval of Minutes: a. Commissioner Grant moved to approve the May 13, 2026 meeting minutes. b. Seconded by Commissioner Lewandowski. c. Voted for approval by Commissioners, Miller, Terriquez, Lewandowski, Grant, and Haffner-Motion passed. Old Business: None New Business: Discussion and possible action regarding the state of the TOB Fire Department as presented by Chief Schilling. The PFC voted on the following items relating to Chief Schilling’s update of the sustainability of the TOB Fire Department: a. Accept the Workforce Sustainability Assessment as presented by Chief Schilling. 1. Motion made by Commissioner Lewandowski. Seconded by Commissioner Terriquez 2. Motion approved by Miller, Lewandowski, Terriquez, Grant and Haffner – Motion passed. b. Direct the Fire Chief to conduct annual WSI (Index) reporting beginning April 2027 1. Motion made by Commissioner Terriquez. Seconded by Commissioner Grant 2. Motion approved by Miller, Lewandowski, Terriquez, Grant and Haffner – Motion passed. c. Recommend the Fire Chief conduct a 5 year staffing review to be completed by January 2029. 1. Motion made by Commissioner Lewandowski. Seconded by Commissioner Miller. 2. Motion approved by Miller, Lewandowski, Terriquez, Grant and Haffner – Motion passed.
