MINUTES ADRC BOARD/COMMISSION ON AGING REGULAR MEETING MONDAY, June 8, 2026 IN PERSON AND REMOTE MEETING via ZOOM FINAL 1. PROPER NOTICE Chairperson Wilt called the meeting to order at 8:30 am. ADRC Manager, Kay-Ella Dee noticed the meeting as required. 3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA Motion to adopt the amended agenda with change to Topic for Next Meeting. ADRC/COMMISSION ON AGING RESULT: Unanimous MOVER: T. Couwenhoven SECONDER: S. Pechiva AYES: 8 NAYS: 0 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion to approve the April 13, 2026 minutes as corrected to include results of motion to adopt April meeting agenda. ADRC/COMMISSION ON AGING RESULT: Unanimous MOVER: T. Couwenhoven SECONDER: S. Pechiva AYES: 8 NAYS: 0 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS – None 6. DISCUSSION A. Updates from Public Health – Kim Buechler Low risk of contracting Ebola. Public Health provide awareness about increase in Ticks and protection for pets and humans. Organizing new Obesity Coalition. B. Adult Long-term Care programs – Monica Lewein, ADRC Supervisor Ms. Lewein presented information on Long-term programs, eligibility, ADRC Specialists’ role and tasks. Provided LTC referral, LTC screens, and LTC enrollment statistics for April and May 2026. 7. ACTION ITEMS – None 8. REPORTS AND UPDATES A. ADRC – Kay-Ella Dee Welcome CBS Melissa Custer to ADRC Board/Commission on Aging. Updated Directory of Services provided to members. June is Elder Justice month, June 15 is World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, June 16th is Senior Conference. Peer Place time reporting starts July 1st. Shared information on GPR/MA Ratio for 2025 Statewide and for Ozaukee County ADRC. Financials for May 31, 2026 currently on target. B. AGING – Kari Dombrowski Provided program statistics for April and May. Hired new Dining Site Coordinator for Fredonia, Belgium, and Saukville Café 60. Financials for May 31, 2026 are on target. C. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS/ENCOUNTERS WITH COMMUNITY Board Member Miller reiterated Senior Conference scheduled for June 16th at Grafton High School. Ms. Dee reported 170+ registered for the event so far. 9. OTHER BUSINESS – None 10. TOPICS FOR NEXT MEETING – Dementia Live with Sarah Prohuska and Ashley Mutsch 11. ADJOURNMENT Motion made by S.
